Description

Manage end-to-end delivery of software projects and services across the APAC region.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Execute project work plans and manage day-to-day operational aspects, scope, and risk mitigation.
• Act as the primary point of contact for customer project teams and facilitate regular status meetings.
• Translate customer requirements and workflows into software solutions and technical specifications.
• Coordinate with Cloud Services, Installation, Support, Sales, and Product Management teams to ensure project completion.
• Deliver product training to customers via web-based or on-site sessions.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of relevant experience in project management.
• Proven track record of end-to-end software project and service delivery.
• Experience applying project management methodologies and processes.
• Ability to manage multiple complex tasks concurrently while meeting strict deadlines.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills for resolving customer issues.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills for stakeholder management and training delivery.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Preferred Skills

• PMP or PRINCE2 certification.
• Experience with SaaS implementation in the higher education industry.
• Background in library workflows, standards, or Ex Libris/Innovative products.
