Description

You will manage technology change projects through the full lifecycle, from requirements capture to implementation and delivery.

5+ years of Project Management experience specifically within the Financial Services Technology sector is required. This role demands a detailed understanding of the full project life cycle and transformation environments.

Responsibilities

• Manage projects against agreed plans and provide weekly status updates and reporting to the PMO.
• Coordinate resource allocation and manage workstream scope and change control.
• Maintain the RAID register, resolve issues, and escalate risks as required.
• Collaborate with cross-functional departments, business stakeholders, and delivery teams to drive technology change.
• Participate in design, build, and UAT phases, and manage formal project closure and follow-on actions.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of Project Management experience within the Financial Services Technology sector.
• Proven experience working within an Agile development environment.
• Experience managing project budgets exceeding £500k.
• Detailed understanding of the front-to-back trade lifecycle and reference data.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including MS Project, PowerPoint, Word, and Excel.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and competing priorities across global teams in multiple time zones.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• Certification in Prince 2, PMI, or AgilePM.

Preferred Skills

• Understanding of back-office processes and accounts receivables.
