You will manage product roadmaps and execution for global AI/ML and robotics programs, ensuring alignment with timelines and proactive risk mitigation.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Create and manage product roadmaps, including key initiatives, milestones, and timelines across global AI/ML programs.
• Oversee project execution, ensuring alignment with timelines, proactive risk mitigation, and early escalation of issues.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (engineering, data science, product, sales) to define requirements and track delivery progress.
• Develop and standardize program management processes to improve efficiency and consistency across AI/ML initiatives.
• Align regional initiatives across North America, EU, and China, including resource planning and cross-regional coordination.

Required Skills

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field.
• 2+ years of experience in project or product management within AI/ML or robotics environments.
• 2+ years of experience in deep-tech or data-driven roles within automotive, robotics, or aerospace industries.
• Strong experience working with ADAS or related technologies.
• Knowledge of automotive product development processes (e.g., ASPICE) and KPI-based software quality tracking.
• Proven ability to lead and collaborate with cross-functional teams across engineering, product, and business functions.
• Fluent in English with excellent communication and leadership capabilities.

• Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience defining and tracking KPIs to evaluate success and guide continuous improvement.
