Description

You will lead end-to-end project delivery for enterprise initiatives, ensuring alignment with PMI methodologies and stakeholder expectations.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, milestones, and dependencies using PMI-aligned frameworks.
• Define project scope, success criteria, and deliverables in partnership with business and technical stakeholders.
• Manage project constraints including scope, schedule, cost, risk, and quality to ensure on-time delivery.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, providing concise executive-level updates and facilitating decision-making.
• Establish governance standards, manage RAID items, and enforce change control processes for transparency and accountability.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of project management experience in an enterprise environment.
• Strong working knowledge of PMI / PMP project management methodologies.
• Proficiency with modern project management tools such as Smartsheet, Jira, or MS Project.
• Proven ability to manage complex, cross-functional projects in matrixed organizations.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with experience engaging C-suite audiences.
• Strong organizational, planning, and time-management capabilities.
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities and manage ambiguity.

Preferred Skills

• Experience delivering projects within large, matrixed organizations or managed services.
• Background in infrastructure, IT, or technology-driven initiatives.
