Lead cybersecurity operations, incident management, and infrastructure monitoring initiatives.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead implementation planning, monitor execution, and manage risks for cybersecurity initiatives.
• Drive vulnerability remediation actions by collaborating with IT teams and vendors.
• Facilitate incident management response and infrastructure monitoring across cross-functional teams.
• Provide status reporting on progress and risks to stakeholders and senior management.
• Participate in scrums and sprints to ensure the delivery of technical fixes.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of IT experience with a majority in project leadership or project management roles.
• 5+ years of experience in Cybersecurity or IT infrastructure.
• Strong background in IT infrastructure and working with vendors to identify vulnerabilities.
• Working knowledge of cybersecurity operations and standards.
• Ability to articulate cybersecurity risks and implications to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Proficiency in oral and written communication, including executive-level presentations.
• Bachelor's degree.
