Description

You will manage execution and control for multiple OASAS Secure Software Development Lifecycle (SSDLC) projects, IT business process initiatives, and infrastructure projects.

Responsibilities

• Manage project execution including budgets, Microsoft Project schedules, scope, requirements, and quality standards.
• Lead SSDLC activities covering planning, analysis, design, development, implementation, testing, and production release.
• Oversee infrastructure projects involving network connectivity for building management, VOIP, wireless, and monitoring systems.
• Coordinate application development projects involving commercial off-the-shelf (COTS) products and platform migrations.
• Maintain project records, milestones, and status reports within ServiceNow.
• Facilitate technical understanding of contract scopes of work to ensure proper implementation of upgrades and configurations.
• Engage with stakeholders at the state government director level and above across multiple agencies.

Required Skills

• 84 months of experience as a Project Manager managing budgets, schedules, and communication plans.
• 84 months of experience as a Lead Project Manager using the Secure Software Development Lifecycle.
• 60 months of experience managing infrastructure projects requiring network connectivity.
• 60 months of experience managing multiple simultaneous projects across varied platforms.
• 60 months of experience working with technical server and database requirements.
• 48 months of experience managing application development projects with COTS products.
• 48 months of experience using ServiceNow for project management functions.
• 48 months of experience leading projects with state government director-level stakeholders.
• 48 months of experience managing projects involving more than one state agency.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification from PMI.
