Description

You will manage the execution and control of infrastructure projects, including building management, VOIP, and wireless access systems.

Responsibilities

• Manage project budgets, schedules, scope requirements, and quality standards using Microsoft Project.
• Act as the primary liaison between requesting entities and vendors from requirements gathering through implementation.
• Facilitate technical meetings and demonstrations to track application development progress.
• Partner with Business Analysts to elicit requirements and coordinate test plan development with Technical Leads.
• Produce regular status reports detailing project metrics, progress, and mitigation strategies.

Required Skills

• 84 months of experience managing infrastructure projects (BMS, temperature monitoring, VOIP, wireless).
• 60 months of experience acting as a liaison between government agencies/private companies and vendors.
• 48 months of experience leading projects with direct involvement from state government directors or higher.
• 48 months of experience working with architecture and infrastructure teams to integrate central servers and facility systems.
• 48 months of experience managing IT projects for facility moves or construction.
• 24 months of experience creating system documentation, including Context Diagrams, ERDs, architecture diagrams, and process models.
• 24 months of experience facilitating requirement sessions to ensure technical alignment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Project, Excel, Word, and Visio.
• Bachelor's Degree and Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
