Description

You will manage complex, large-scale operational projects within a public sector IT environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage operational tasks for large-scale projects involving cross-agency stakeholders.
• Track financials, including purchase orders, expense monitoring, and preparing financial reports.
• Draft, maintain, and update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and workflows.
• Review operational deliverables for completeness and alignment with requirements.

Required Skills

• 5+ years experience managing operational tasks for projects costing $2M+ with 50+ stakeholders.
• 5+ years experience with Medicaid Programs or healthcare IT projects.
• 5+ years experience providing project management support in a public sector environment.
• 5+ years experience tracking financials and managing funding requests.
• 5+ years experience drafting and maintaining SOPs or guidance documents.
• 5+ years experience reviewing business deliverables for accuracy and completeness.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and SharePoint.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a related field.
