Description

You will manage the end-to-end delivery of internal systems, external SaaS integrations, and CRM implementation.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Manage deliverables, resources, costs, timelines, and risks for technical projects.
• Execute agile methodologies including scrum, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
• Lead and coach teams on processes, tools, and technologies.
• Coordinate between business teams, product owners, architects, vendors, and DevOps to gather requirements.
• Track and report progress, deviations, and implementation status to stakeholders.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of project management experience.
• Proficiency with JIRA.
• Advanced use of MS Excel.
• Experience with Microsoft Teams and SharePoint.
• Ability to use Draw.io, PowerPoint, or Visio for documentation and planning.
• Experience managing technical integrations and data engineering workflows.
• Proven track record of driving platform launches and incremental value delivery.
• Any Graduate degree.
