Description

You will lead the development and implementation of ITSM solutions using ServiceNow.

Responsibilities

• Guide end-to-end project management for ITSM solution delivery.
• Apply Agile and Scrum methodologies to drive project milestones.
• Manage change initiatives and configuration management databases (CMDB).
• Oversee incident management processes and ensure operational stability.

Required Skills

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
• 10+ years of technology Project or Program Management experience.
• Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience with ServiceNow.
• Strong background in ITSM solution development.
• Proficiency in Program Management and Agile Project Management.
• Certified ScrumMaster or equivalent Agile framework knowledge.
• Experience with Change Management and CMDB administration.
• Knowledge of Incident Management processes.

Preferred Skills

• ServiceNow certification.
• Experience in large-scale enterprise ITSM transformations.
