Description

Manage the development of ITSM solutions and lead distributed global teams through complex technology implementations.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Guide ITSM solution development using structured implementation methodologies.
• Set direction and motivate team members operating outside your direct reporting line.
• Resolve ambiguous issues by defining clear technical and operational approaches.
• Manage projects across distributed systems using methodical problem-solving techniques.
• Maintain accountability for project delivery through autonomous work and strong time management.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of technology Project or Program Management experience.
• 3+ years of hands-on experience with ServiceNow.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• Proficiency in Waterfall and Agile methodologies.
• Strong communication skills using PowerPoint, Excel, and MS Project.
• Experience managing distributed teams in a global environment.
• Quantitative and qualitative analytical skills for complex problem solving.

Preferred Skills

• ServiceNow implementation, migration, or administration experience.
• Knowledge of Incident, Problem, Request, Change, Release, CMDB, IT Asset, and Knowledge modules.
• ITIL experience or certification.
