Description

You will manage the delivery of complex Indigo product projects and monitor product health within customer production environments.

Responsibilities

• Manage client relationships and serve as the primary organizational representative to external customers.
• Lead project teams by overseeing local and global resources to meet customer schedules.
• Set, measure, and report on key performance indicators against program objectives.
• Orchestrate organizational efforts to resolve customer escalations promptly.
• Cultivate new business development opportunities through early qualification and assessment.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of professional work experience.
• Proven experience in project management or a related field.
• Ability to prioritize multiple simultaneous projects.
• Experience managing large and complex projects.
• Ability to exercise independent judgment in resolving business issues and establishing policies.
• University degree.

Preferred Skills

• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
• Advanced University degree.
