Description

You will manage the end-to-end lifecycle of technical projects, defining scope, objectives, and deliverables aligned with business goals.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and resource allocation strategies.
• Lead cross-functional teams and facilitate Agile ceremonies including stand-ups, planning, and retrospectives.
• Act as the primary contact for stakeholders, communicating status, risks, and issues.
• Manage complex projects with multiple stakeholders and dependencies.
• Drive results under pressure and lead teams through ambiguity.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience in project management, preferably in IT infrastructure or service delivery.
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid).
• Proficiency in project management tools: MS Project, JIRA, Confluence, or Trello.
• Experience working in onsite/offshore delivery models.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
