Description

Manage client transitions and stakeholder relationships for key delivery teams.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary liaison between the transition management office, client-facing teams, and functional support leads.
• Build and maintain trust-based relationships with senior client stakeholders and internal executives.
• Coordinate with transition managers to ensure consistent execution and compliance with established processes.
• Facilitate governance forums, steering committee meetings, and executive reviews.
• Contribute to the evolution of standards, templates, and tools.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in relationship management and stakeholder engagement.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office for reporting and analytics.
• Ability to distill complex project details into clear, concise updates for executive summaries.
• Experience in managing transition projects.
• Strong communication and facilitation skills for executive-level interactions.
