Manage engineering initiatives and project lifecycles to ensure high-quality deliverables.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Own daily and weekly status reporting to client teams and track all project deliverables.
• Monitor and analyze team productivity against assigned tasks to remove delivery roadblocks.
• Coordinate workflows between client teams, vendor teams, and onsite teams across different time zones.
• Implement engineering policies, standards, and security measures to ensure consistent operations.
• Sync with account management to track activities for billing, onboarding, offboarding, and invoicing.

Required Skills

• 6+ years of proven experience as a Project Manager.
• Hands-on experience with JIRA and Confluence.
• Experience managing projects across different time zones with direct client exposure.
• Ability to track, report, and analyze team productivity and task mapping.
• Experience establishing strategic direction for engineering and development initiatives.
• Proven ability to manage vendor and onsite team coordination.
• Strong communication skills for client relationship management.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of Aha.io tool.
