Responsibilities

• Analyze and document complex business processes using Visio.
• Manage workflows specifically within Mercury Gate TMS environments.
• Drive project requirements through the lens of a Business Systems Analyst.
• Oversee project lifecycles to ensure alignment with TMS functional needs.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst.
• Direct experience working with TMS (Transportation Management Systems).
• Hands-on proficiency with Mercury Gate.
• Expertise in process flow mapping using Visio.
• PMP Certification.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent graduate degree.
