Description

You will manage end-to-end project delivery within the Banking and Financial Services sector, ensuring strict adherence to regulatory and compliance standards.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead SDLC and software delivery projects using Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, or Hybrid methodologies.
• Manage stakeholder and vendor relationships while overseeing risk, budget, and resource allocation.
• Ensure compliance with banking regulations and audit requirements throughout the project lifecycle.
• Maintain project documentation and tracking using Jira, Confluence, MS Project, and Azure DevOps.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of project management experience in Banking/Financial Services (BFSI).
• Demonstrated expertise in End-to-End Project Management and SDLC.
• Proficiency in Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, and Hybrid delivery frameworks.
• Strong background in Stakeholder and Vendor Management.
• Experience managing project risk, budgets, and resources.
• Hands-on proficiency with Jira, Confluence, MS Project, and Azure DevOps.
• Knowledge of banking regulations, audit processes, and compliance standards.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• 3-year tenure in previous project management roles.
