You will manage complex projects from inception through completion, ensuring all deliverables meet quality standards and client expectations.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate change requests and communicate impacts on project budget and timelines to all stakeholders.
• Prepare status reports by gathering, analyzing, and summarizing project data.
• Manage customer satisfaction and obtain formal acceptance of all project deliverables.
• Oversee the development of user manuals and training materials to ensure successful system turnover.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of proven experience in project management.
• Experience as a construction, IT, or ERP project manager.
• Practical understanding of ERP implementation processes.
• Demonstrated ability to lead project teams of various sizes.
• Strong command of formal project management methodologies.
• Experience with budget management and financial oversight.
• Bachelor's Degree in a related field.

Preferred Skills

• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
