Description

You will manage IT development projects focused on VR, AR, Simulation, and Console gaming.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Drive multiple large-scale technical projects cross-functionally to ensure efficient product delivery.
• Define project scope, goals, deliverables, resource allocation, and risk management plans aligned with business objectives.
• Manage stakeholders by setting expectations, monitoring timelines, and providing regular project updates.
• Implement cross-team SDLC processes and define metrics to measure and improve operational efficiency.
• Lead teams by identifying training needs and driving accountability for assigned work.

Required Skills

• 4+ years of experience in project management.
• Proficiency with Agile and Scrum methodologies.
• Technical programming knowledge in C# and OpenGL.
• Understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
• Experience with budget and cost management.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, IT, or a relevant field.

Preferred Skills

• PMI Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
• Experience managing projects in VR/AR, Console gaming, or Training & Simulations.
• Experience with system/application integration with hardware.
