Description

You will manage operational projects within a manufacturing or logistics environment.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Manage project lifecycles using established project management methodologies.
• Apply Lean or Six Sigma principles to optimize operations and logistics processes.
• Coordinate with teams and stakeholders to ensure project objectives are met.
• Utilize Microsoft Office tools to track progress and report on project status.

Required Skills

• 1 year of experience in operations, preferably in manufacturing or logistics.
• Proven project management experience.
• Experience with Lean or Six Sigma methodologies.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Bachelor’s degree in an analytical, operations management, or business field, or equivalent military/work experience.

Preferred Skills

• Master’s degree or Lean/Six Sigma/PMP certification.
• Experience using Microsoft Project.
• Experience in customer-facing roles and ability to travel up to 25%.
