Description

You will manage the development, implementation, and strategy of IT project plans.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Translate business needs into technical solutions by coordinating with stakeholders and product owners.
• Define project strategy through business analysis, requirements gathering, risk management, and change management.
• Lead requirements gathering processes involving stakeholder interviews, workflow modeling, and use case development.
• Manage project scheduling, stakeholder expectations, risk assessments, and quality reviews.
• Report project status, capture metrics, and deliver briefings to senior management.

Required Skills

• 6 years of progressive experience in information technology and technical project management.
• 1 year of experience specifically in a technology project oversight capacity.
• Proficiency in Agile, Scrum, and Kanban methodologies.
• Experience with business analysis, workflow design, and functional design.
• Strong knowledge of business and IT practices, trends, and technology-related impacts.
• Ability to manage contract lifecycles and vendor relationships.
• Bachelor's degree in information systems, business management, or a related field.

Preferred Skills

• Master's degree.
• Project Management Institute certification (e.g., PMP).
• Agile certification (e.g., PMI-ACP, CSM, SAFe).
