Responsibilities

• Develop project plans by defining scope, objectives, deliverables, and timelines.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams in marketing, IT, and customer service.
• Monitor progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
• Communicate status updates and issues to stakeholders and senior management.
• Manage resources by assigning tasks, tracking progress, and supporting team members.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience as a Project Manager.
• Experience in the automotive, technology, or digital transformation industries.
• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Digital Engineering, or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and tools.
• Proven leadership and team management abilities.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.

Preferred Skills

• PMP Certification.
• Automotive industry experience.
