Description

You will manage and drive multiple concurrent projects from initiation through completion.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage multiple concurrent projects using Microsoft Planner.
• Build and maintain Planner boards to track tasks, workflows, and deadlines.
• Coordinate schedules, deliverables, and dependencies aligning with business objectives.
• Facilitate marketing campaign workflows and provide clear status updates on progress and risks.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams using Microsoft Teams and Outlook to manage tasks.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of project management experience, preferably in marketing or campaign environments.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Planner for managing boards, workflows, and timelines.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Project, Teams, and Outlook within the Microsoft 365 suite.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with strong organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management capabilities.
• Bachelor's degree required.
