Description

You will manage project lifecycles and stakeholder communications within an agile environment.

Responsibilities

  • Create detailed project plans and communicate business updates to stakeholders.
  • Identify global resource requirements and coordinate team involvement.
  • Monitor project progress to anticipate, mitigate, and report on risks.
  • Review project artifacts including Process Flow Documents, Entity Relationship Diagrams, Dataflow Diagrams, and test plans.
  • Document meeting outcomes, track action items, and ensure all commitments are met.
  • Evaluate and recommend readiness for system implementation.
  • Analyze and report on KPIs and data analytics.

Required Skills

  • 5+ years of project management experience.
  • Experience supporting projects in an agile environment.
  • Proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.
  • Ability to review Process Flow Documents (PFDs) and Dataflow Diagrams (DFDs).
  • Capability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines.
  • Strong critical thinking and stakeholder feedback management skills.
  • Experience participating in JAD sessions and reviewing ERDs.
  • Any Graduate degree.
