Description

You will manage medium to large scale consulting projects from initiation to completion.

Responsibilities

• Design and execute project plans covering scope definition, resource allocation, risk assessment, and timeline management.
• Monitor and track deliverables to ensure projects stay within time, scope, and budget constraints.
• Prepare and present status reports, milestone updates, and project performance metrics to stakeholders.
• Manage client communications and maintain relationships as the primary point of contact for queries and concerns.
• Identify potential project risks and implement mitigation strategies to ensure high-quality delivery.

Required Skills

• Minimum 1 year of experience in project management.
• Degree in Engineering, MIS, IT, or Business Information Systems.
• Knowledge of renowned ERP or fintech solutions.
• Understanding of business processes, BPR initiatives, and Value Stream Mapping.
• Proficiency in Project Management, Client Relations, Risk Management, and Change Management.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and people management skills.
• Excellent presentation and written/verbal communication skills.
• Fluency in English and Sinhala.
