Description

You will manage a team of 8-10 software engineers responsible for developing new applications and modifying existing ones.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage IT consultants by providing guidance, support, and training.
• Monitor team performance and coding practices to ensure end products meet standards.
• Develop and implement best practices to ensure enterprise applications are supportable and maintainable.
• Collaborate with architects to ensure proper software design implementation.
• Coordinate technical troubleshooting and guide the team through complex problem resolution.
• Manage the entire development life cycle, including task prioritization and schedule adherence.
• Interview, hire, and mentor staff to improve competency and efficiency.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in an IT management, technical lead, or Project Management role.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Experience managing software development life cycles and task prioritization.
• Proficiency with C#.net, Web API, and REST API.
• Experience with SQL Server, Oracle, and XML.
• Knowledge of JSON, HTML5, and Angular JS.
• Experience working within Agile (SCRUM) frameworks.
• Strong analytical, planning, and problem-solving abilities.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with customization in Commercial-off-the-shelf (COTS) products.
• Experience with ServiceNow ITSM and MS Visual Studio Team (TFS) server.
• Technical certifications.
