Description

Oversee release management and IT service delivery for the MEST release pipeline in Atlanta, GA.

Responsibilities

• Lead ServiceNow Change and Incident Management implementation as Functional Lead.
• Design business processes to coordinate release activities across multiple vendors and document evidence in ALM tools.
• Select and implement automation tools for change management tasks.
• Coordinate IT change control duties, including scheduling pending and approved requests.
• Manage release schedules by aligning multiple teams and author business continuity plans.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of technical development and change management experience.
• 7+ years managing complex project procurement and implementations.
• Deep understanding of ITSM processes: Change, Release, and Service Asset and Configuration Management.
• Proficiency with ServiceNow, JIRA, Salesforce.com, Okta, Remedy, GitHub, AWS Cloud Services, Snowflake, PowerBI, and Tableau.
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Visio, LucidChart, Microsoft Project, SmartSheet, and SharePoint.
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.

Preferred Skills

• Project Management Professional (PMP)® certification.
• Experience in State Government, Public Sector, or Medicaid/Healthcare environments.
