Description

You will lead large, complex IT software development and implementation projects from initiation through deployment and warranty.

Responsibilities

• Own full end-to-end accountability for the project management lifecycle.
• Manage project teams exceeding 10 members through full software development life cycles.
• Gather business requirements and document business processes.
• Collaborate with vendor partners to deliver project solutions.
• Execute projects using various delivery methodologies including Agile, Waterfall, Scrum, and Kanban.

Required Skills

• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
• Proven experience managing at least two full lifecycle agile software development projects.
• Experience managing IT projects with enterprise-wide impact.
• Expertise in Systems Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and testing methodologies.
• Proficiency with MS Project Professional, SharePoint, Visio, and MS Office Suite.
• Strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage complex programs using Agile, Waterfall, Scrum, or Kanban.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent graduate education.
