Description

You will manage complex software development projects from conception through completion.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional teams and manage stakeholder relationships through clear communication.
• Plan, execute, and monitor project lifecycles, including budgeting and resource allocation.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks while adapting to changing requirements.
• Create detailed project documentation, timelines, and status reports.
• Manage project progress and task prioritization using tracking tools.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in project management, specifically within software development.
• Proficiency in Agile methodologies, including Scrum and Kanban.
• Experience with Waterfall project management methodologies.
• Understanding of software development lifecycles, architecture, and best practices.
• Hands-on experience with Jira, Trello, or MS Project.
• Knowledge of version control systems such as Git and SVN.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
• Knowledge of testing methodologies, including unit, integration, and automated testing.
