Description

Lead strategy, planning, and execution of Payroll functionality projects within core ERP solutions and ancillary applications.

Responsibilities

• Build and manage project plans, including scope definition, resource identification, and deliverable execution.
• Oversee the full project lifecycle from business requirement identification and functional design to prototyping, testing, and training.
• Track and report on project schedules, activities, and financials to ensure alignment with business objectives and budget targets.
• Facilitate cross-functional meetings and coordinate with stakeholders, vendors, and functional experts to mitigate risks and resolve issues.
• Monitor test case development, execution progress, and defect corrections while managing project dependencies.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience in project management, technology delivery, and operations.
• Direct experience managing Payroll on ERP Cloud solutions such as Workday, Oracle Cloud HCM, Infor, or SAP S4/HANA.
• Proven track record to translate business requirements into technical requirements.
• Working knowledge of Agile methodologies and practices.
• Proficiency with project management tools and methodologies.
• Experience presenting complex information and project status to C-Suite executives.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and conflict resolution skills.
• Ability to mentor other Project Managers on established methodologies.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Microsoft Office Suite, Project Online, and Visio.
