Description

You will lead complex IT project and program management initiatives within a state government environment.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Lead high-complexity IT projects and programs from inception to completion.
• Manage enterprise-scale NextGen Workday implementations.
• Direct IT teams and coordinate resources to meet project milestones.
• Oversee the rollout and deployment of Workday NextGen systems.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of IT project or program management or equivalent IT team leadership experience.
• Recent experience leading high-complexity projects within the last 2 years.
• 3+ years managing enterprise NextGen Workday implementations.
• 2+ years of direct experience with Workday NextGen rollouts.
• Mandatory experience working within state government.
• PMP certification from PMI or an equivalent professional certification.
• Proven expertise in Program Management and IT Project delivery.
