You will oversee and coordinate multiple related initiatives and programs to ensure alignment with strategic goals and portfolio objectives.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Manage program scope, objectives, and deliverables to meet leadership requirements.
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.
• Monitor performance and identify risks to ensure execution stays on time and within budget.
• Facilitate communication and collaboration between project teams, stakeholders, and senior leadership.
• Drive program governance, including regular status updates and decision-making forums.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in program or project management.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Project, SharePoint, MS Teams, and Azure DevOps.
• Strong understanding of PMI, MSP, and Agile methodologies.
• Experience managing complex program budgets and monthly financial tracking.
• Proven ability to manage stakeholder relationships and navigate matrixed organizations.
• Expertise in risk management and developing mitigation plans.
• Ability to establish and track program performance metrics and dashboards.
• Strong skills in change management and resource capacity planning.
• Excellent conflict resolution, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities.
