Description

You will manage complex, custom software development projects from scope definition through release.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Create cross-functional plans including scope, scheduling, resourcing, and risk analysis.
• Lead Scrum meetings to facilitate progress and manage the critical path.
• Report progress to stakeholders and executives via status meetings.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, prioritize, and define project scope and timelines.
• Coordinate with DevOps and QA for release planning, quality assurance, and production readiness.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of technology project management experience in custom software development.
• Proven success managing multiple, concurrent projects against business priorities.
• Experience managing projects using iterative methodologies (Agile, Scrum).
• Experience identifying, managing, and communicating technology and project risks.
• Experience with release management processes and coordinating deployments.
• Experience managing projects leveraging Java and JavaScript.
• Experience with SDLC tools such as Jenkins, Bitbucket, and ServiceNow.
• Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, SharePoint, Teams, Slack, or Microsoft Office suite.

Preferred Skills

• 5+ years of total working experience in technology project management.
