Description

You will manage technology projects using hybrid methodologies.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with PMs, clients, vendors, and engineering teams to ensure continuous alignment and follow-up.
• Facilitate project tracking using Kanban and Scrum practices while managing Waterfall scheduling.
• Prepare project charters and kick-off presentations detailing scope, drivers, audiences, and next steps.
• Conduct meeting analysis and maintain project boards and dashboards using Jira and ServiceNow.
• Maintain project status, update roadmaps, and adhere to defined project structure standards.

Required Skills

• 3 to 5 years of project management experience in technology.
• Proficiency with Agile, Scrum, Jira, ServiceNow, and Confluence.
• Experience extracting scope from contractual documentation.
• Ability to draft process and 'how to' documentation.
• Highly proficient in writing and editing technical documentation.
• Experience managing communication channels and escalating issues.
• Familiarity with SharePoint Project Template and Project Online.
