Description

Manage business analysis deliverables and bridge the gap between client requirements and technical execution.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Elicit business requirements and publish cross-functional business flow diagrams.
• Write and manage user stories, non-functional requirements, and traceability matrices.
• Map requirements to APIs using JSON for request and response structures.
• Participate in UAT, BUAT, and post-production bug verification alongside Dev and QA teams.
• Manage stakeholders and ensure solution enhancements align with overall strategy.

Required Skills

• 4-6 years of experience as a Business Analyst.
• Experience managing a team of 1-2 Business Analysts.
• Proficiency with Jira, Confluence, and Agile delivery tools.
• Technical proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Visio.
• Ability to conduct technical requirement discussions and API mapping.
• Strong skills in requirement elicitation and documentation.
• Fluency in written and spoken English.
• Knowledge of Angular and Business Analysis methodologies.
