Own complex project delivery while mentoring business relationship managers on best practices and stakeholder engagement.

Responsibilities

• Mentor and coach business relationship managers on methodologies, best practices, and stakeholder engagement strategies.
• Manage planning, execution, and monitoring of highly sensitive and complex projects to ensure timely delivery within budget.
• Cultivate strong client and stakeholder relationships through effective communication and negotiation.
• Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency within project and relationship management functions.
• Facilitate knowledge sharing sessions to disseminate lessons learned and industry trends.

Required Skills

• Minimum 5 years of experience in project management and business relationship management.
• Proven track record of successful project delivery and client satisfaction.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills to motivate team members.
• Expertise in negotiation and conflict resolution strategies.
• Proficiency in project management tools and software.
• Bachelor's degree in business administration, project management, or a related field.

Preferred Skills

• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
• Master's degree.
