Lead special projects, audits, and assignments to ensure successful execution and departmental alignment.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead the AIM policy management lifecycle, ensuring data confidentiality, integrity, and availability.
• Chair the architecture review board, facilitating meetings and overseeing the change process.
• Coordinate with the City Auditor and leadership to proactively address and resolve audit findings.
• Manage departmental compliance with citywide records retention policies.
• Escalate risks and issues regarding policy, audit, or controls that impact the department.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional experience.
• Direct experience with PMDP.
• Expertise in AIM policy management.
• Proven track record in managing audit findings and coordination.
• Experience chairing review boards or managing formal change processes.
• Ability to oversee complex project assignments and task execution.
• Knowledge of records retention policy compliance.

Preferred Skills

• Experience working within city government or public sector structures.
