Description

Lead coordination of major technological corporate initiatives to implement new applications and systems aligned with business objectives.

Responsibilities

• Manage project lifecycles by developing plans, schedules, and budgets while balancing scope, time, cost, and quality.
• Lead cross-functional teams including application specialists, scrum masters, infrastructure engineers, and technical subject matter experts.
• Direct database scrum teams through standups, cadence, ceremonies, and throughput management.
• Assist Product Owners with backlog grooming and resolve integration issues across multiple concurrent projects.
• Communicate progress, risk, and ROI information to executive personnel to support decision-making.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of progressive experience managing complex projects and multiple technical disciplines.
• Proven ability to manage project resource constraints and identify, analyze, and respond to risks.
• Experience coordinating with multiple client departments and external vendors.
• Proficiency in managing project budgets and providing direction for overall budget development.
• Ability to lead technical teams and act as a consultant to management on difficult problems.
• PMI Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
• Certified Scrum Master (CSM) certification.
• Master’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent combination of education and experience.
