Description

You will lead Workday Financial Management and Procurement projects, ensuring successful implementation, optimization, and integration. You own the full project lifecycle, from business process assessment to post-production stabilization.

Responsibilities

• Lead moderate to high complexity Workday Financials and Procurement implementations and enhancements.
• Coordinate with Finance, Accounting, and Procurement business owners to align system design with accounting policies and compliance.
• Track configuration, data conversion, integrations, and end-to-end testing cycles to manage schedule and quality risks.
• Facilitate business process redesign for Procure-to-Pay, Record-to-Report, and supplier management workflows.
• Conduct status meetings, assess scope changes, and recommend actions to project sponsors during execution.

Required Skills

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or specialized training.
• PMP certification from PMI or equivalent.
• 5+ years leading projects of moderate to high complexity within the last 7 years.
• 3+ years hands-on experience leading server-based application development/enhancement projects within the last 5 years.
• Proficiency in MS Project, MS Visio, SharePoint 2013, and MS O365.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles, procurement, financial reporting structures, and ERP integrations.
• Experience leading vendor-managed projects.

Preferred Skills

• Hands-on familiarity with Workday Financial Management and Workday Procurement Management.
• Executive-level written and oral communication skills.
