Description

You will manage multiple related initiatives and SAP-specific activities to ensure alignment with strategic goals and portfolio objectives.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Manage program scope, objectives, and deliverables while maintaining detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocation.
• Oversee execution to ensure tasks are completed on time, within budget, and according to established metrics.
• Monitor performance, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies to impact delivery.
• Facilitate communication and collaboration between project teams, stakeholders, and senior leadership.
• Support SAP access segregation activities, including contractor onboarding and program coordination.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in project or program management.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Project, SharePoint, MS Teams, and Azure DevOps.
• Working knowledge of PMI, MSP, or Agile methodologies.
• Experience managing program budgets, financials, and resource capacity.
• Ability to manage complex, cross-functional initiatives in a matrixed organization.
• Strong risk management, change management, and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Proven ability to develop performance dashboards and regular status reports for executive review.
• Any Graduate degree.
