Description

You will manage project scope, goals, and deliverables while maintaining direct accountability for all aspects of project execution.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Develop and oversee detailed project plans, timelines, milestones, and product roadmaps.
• Monitor progress against plans, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
• Coordinate multi-functional teams, manage task dependencies, and oversee project coordinator activities.
• Manage stakeholder communication regarding progress, blockers, and next steps.
• Lead project planning sessions, track KPIs, and report status to executive leadership.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of recent relevant project management experience.
• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
• Experience with the Salesforce platform.
• Proficiency in Agile, Scrum, SAFe, and Waterfall methodologies.
• Experience using project management tools such as Jira or Asana.
• Ability to measure staff effort related to user stories, testing, and development.
• Intermediate skills in SharePoint and relational databases.
• Advanced skills in Excel and Microsoft Office applications.
