Description

You will guide teams and the organization using Agile/Scrum practices to enhance customer satisfaction.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
• Remove delivery impediments and shield the team from external disruptions.
• Support the Product Owner with backlog grooming and prioritization.
• Identify, assess, and manage risks using quantitative and qualitative techniques.
• Maintain communication with internal and external stakeholders to ensure project transparency.

Required Skills

• Minimum 3 years of experience implementing Agile methodologies and managing end-to-end project delivery.
• Proficiency in Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) and Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Strong knowledge and hands-on experience in AWS Cloud and Big Data technologies.
• Experience managing large Big Data projects involving 25–30 team members.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related discipline with IT focus, or equivalent experience.
• Demonstrated ability in project planning, stakeholder management, and cross-functional collaboration.
• Business analysis and estimation experience with sound knowledge of project management tools and techniques.
• Ability to manage project financials, assess profitability, and improve delivery margins.
• Familiarity with project governance, risk management, and quantitative performance metrics.
