Description

You will manage technology projects using hybrid methodologies to maintain alignment across teams and clients.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with PMs, clients, vendors, and engineering teams to ensure project alignment.
• Facilitate routine meetings and track progress using Jira and ServiceNow dashboards.
• Identify audiences, prepare meetings, and create project charters detailing scope, drivers, and plans.
• Maintain project status, update roadmaps, and adhere to defined project structure standards.
• Draft process documentation and assist in identifying project risks and inefficiencies.

Required Skills

• 3 to 5 years of project management experience in technology.
• Proficiency in Jira, ServiceNow, SharePoint Project Template, and Confluence.
• Experience applying Agile practices within a hybrid environment (Waterfall/Scrum/Kanban).
• Highly proficient in writing and editing, including drafting documentation.
• Ability to extract scope from contractual documentation.
• Experience maintaining and updating project documentation.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with SharePoint Project Template for structured project governance.
