Description

You will manage technology projects from initiation through closure, coordinating stakeholders and driving execution.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with PMs, clients, vendors, and engineering teams to ensure alignment on projects and presentations.
• Facilitate routine meetings and ceremonies, tracking project status and maintaining boards using Jira and ServiceNow.
• Create project charters and kick-off presentations detailing scope, business drivers, and communication plans.
• Maintain project status, update roadmaps, and adhere to defined project structure standards.
• Identify project constraints, risks, and inefficiencies, and draft process documentation for improvement.

Required Skills

• 3 to 5 years of project management experience in technology.
• Proficiency in Jira and Confluence.
• Experience using ServiceNow.
• Demonstrated ability to apply Agile practices (Scrum/Kanban) within a hybrid/Waterfall environment.
• High proficiency in writing and editing, especially extracting scope from contractual documentation.
• Experience maintaining project documentation and managing archives.
• Understanding of project management principles and tooling (e.g., SharePoint, Project Online).
