Description

You lead complex application migrations and EHR implementations across large organizations.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage project plans, migration strategies, and implementation workflows.
• Document risks, issues, and contingency plans while providing weekly status updates to leadership.
• Act as the primary liaison between business owners, IT, and EHR vendors.
• Oversee data migration activities, including data mapping and data cleaning efforts.
• Facilitate project team meetings and manage communication with all stakeholders and vendors.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of project management experience.
• Proven track record implementing EHR applications or similar large-scale software.
• Experience with application migration, workflow analysis, and SDLC artifact development.
• Proficiency with MS Project, Excel, Word, Visio, and Jira.
• Knowledge of databases including Oracle, Microsoft SQL Server, and InterSystems Cach.
• Experience managing data mapping and cleaning processes.
• Ability to develop project charters and business case workbooks.
• Experience with SaaS model EHR systems and cloud data migrations.
• Familiarity with HHSC Federal State processes and documentation.

Preferred Skills

• PMP Certification.
