Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain detailed project plans.
• Document risks, issues, and contingency plans.
• Act as Scrum Master to facilitate Agile workflows.
• Ensure implementation of Agile methodology best practices.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in Project Management.
• Experience acting as a Scrum Master.
• Proficiency with Agile Methodology implementation.
• Strong communication and presentation abilities.
• Familiarity with the Healthcare domain.
• PMP Certification.
