Description

You will oversee and manage specific projects within the agency, ensuring successful implementation and coordination across related initiatives.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Assess, analyze, plan, research, coordinate, and evaluate project management implementation.
• Maintain coordination across numerous related initiatives and lead special projects as assigned.
• Develop project management tools and maintain project management data on critical and major projects.
• Report progress on key projects to executive and senior staff, documenting status and accomplishments.
• Assist staff in initiating, sponsoring, managing, or participating in projects to maximize success.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of relevant project management working experience.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
• Experience utilizing project management best practices.
• Ability to perform senior-level consultative services and technical assistance.
• Ability to work under limited direction with initiative and independent judgment.
• Familiarity with DSHS project management for program-related activities.

Preferred Skills

• Any Graduate degree.
