Description

Lead large-scale enterprise implementations for the Texas Health and Human Services Commission Administrative Applications team.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Oversee project delivery using feature-driven Agile (Scrum) methodologies and track progress against timelines.
• Develop and manage comprehensive project plans, documenting risks, issues, and contingency strategies.
• Guide the SDLC process to ensure business requirements translate accurately into technical specifications.
• Conduct regular team meetings and provide weekly status updates to maintain stakeholder alignment.
• Deliver presentations to leadership and provide on-call support during critical project phases.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of project management experience for large-scale enterprise implementations.
• 8+ years of state or federal project management experience.
• 8+ years of development experience.
• Must reside in Texas.
• Experience with Jira for tracking and documentation.
• Strong communication skills for stakeholder management and technical translation.

Preferred Skills

• PMP Certification with 5+ years of experience.
• Experience with the State of Texas Project Delivery Framework and Agile (Scrum).
• Salesforce and state procurement experience.
