Description

Manage end-to-end marketing and educational campaign projects from planning through delivery.

Responsibilities

• Plan and document campaign projects, including project charters, work breakdown structures, and production schedules.
• Manage project budgets, monitor costs, review vendor invoices, and assist in generating compliance contracts.
• Coordinate activities between internal teams, creative agencies, government agencies, and private sector partners.
• Review creative deliverables and external communications to ensure consistent messaging and branding.
• Monitor project progress, schedules, and quality to ensure deliverables meet contract specifications and deadlines.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in project management, including knowledge of project management theory and best practices.
• 5+ years of experience managing budgets for large-scale projects.
• 5+ years of experience with business or marketing process improvement methodologies.
• 5+ years of experience collaborating with cross-functional teams at all levels.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for stakeholder management.
• Strong leadership, planning, and execution skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Public Administration, Marketing, or a related discipline.

Preferred Skills

• 3+ years of experience working with an advertising, marketing, or creative agency.
• 1+ year of experience working with a state agency.
