Description

You will manage the replacement of the Legislative Tracking System (LTX) using Power Platform tools.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the project lifecycle by creating charters, work plans, and tracking documents.
  • Act as the liaison between stakeholders, vendors, and technical teams to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
  • Oversee design and development work to ensure alignment with project timelines and HHSC guidelines.
  • Document risks, issues, and contingency plans while escalating barriers to the Project Steering Committee.
  • Guide the SDLC process and ensure all artifacts meet the Texas Project Delivery Framework and QAT reporting requirements.

Required Skills

  • 10 years of Project Management experience for large-scale projects.
  • Extensive knowledge of the Project Management Body of Knowledge (PMBOK) and PMI framework.
  • Experience managing and coordinating both business and technical teams.
  • Proficiency in Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) methodologies and artifact development.
  • Familiarity with the Texas Project Delivery Framework and QAT reporting requirements.
  • Strong ability to communicate complex technical designs and business processes to leadership.
  • Proven experience in systems analysis and leading technical modernization projects.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple stakeholders in a diverse environment.
