You will manage the replacement of the Legislative Tracking System (LTX) using Power Platform tools.
Responsibilities
- Manage the project lifecycle by creating charters, work plans, and tracking documents.
- Act as the liaison between stakeholders, vendors, and technical teams to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
- Oversee design and development work to ensure alignment with project timelines and HHSC guidelines.
- Document risks, issues, and contingency plans while escalating barriers to the Project Steering Committee.
- Guide the SDLC process and ensure all artifacts meet the Texas Project Delivery Framework and QAT reporting requirements.
Required Skills
- 10 years of Project Management experience for large-scale projects.
- Extensive knowledge of the Project Management Body of Knowledge (PMBOK) and PMI framework.
- Experience managing and coordinating both business and technical teams.
- Proficiency in Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) methodologies and artifact development.
- Familiarity with the Texas Project Delivery Framework and QAT reporting requirements.
- Strong ability to communicate complex technical designs and business processes to leadership.
- Proven experience in systems analysis and leading technical modernization projects.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple stakeholders in a diverse environment.
